My Story

 StayGlam Beauty Inc. was born in 2014, however my magical journey in the beauty industry started in 1999. Since then, I’ve played so many roles from a Makeup Artist on set, the friendly Sales Girl, Brand Manager, Education Specialist, Sales Manger, Bridal Expert, to Skincare Guru, and the list goes on and on.

 

With all I’ve experienced & have grown through on this journey, it only felt natural for me to take the leap and create a space for the kind of beauty I want to share with the world. The kind that taught me how to love myself. I view beauty a little differently than most: Those "flaws" you're taught to cover up and hide are our unique details I teach you to celebrate. Our flaws are our beauty marks that we should flaunt! They are what make each one of us unique & individual. 

 

You see, about 8 years ago I hit my rock bottom. My whole world was turned upside down and I had to re-build not only myself but everything around me. I lost just about everything that I thought made me whole: my relationship, my job & my home. Naturally, at first, I crumbled in it all, quite frankly, I was a complete fkn mess. Then little by little, I started to realize what I lost wasn’t actually a loss but a lesson. And little by little I began to re-build. I dug deep inside of me and in time I figured out what genuinely made “me” smile. I didn’t want to only be another pretty face to others. I genuinely wanted to feel Fabulous while looking the part! I wanted to truly love whom I saw in the mirror every morning. 

 

Which lead me to discover that so many individuals have been where I have been, however not everyone has to support and love I did to guide them on there journey of re-building & re-discovering themselves. See so many of us are truly motivated by either what they see in the mirror, or what we tell ourselves about ourselves or hear about ourselves from others. So speak kindly to yourself when you look in the mirror. Be kind to others. You truly never know what the person next to you is going through.
